35 years old elimination system

I'm in a period of confusion right now. I feel a lot of pressure from my life, which makes me a little overwhelmed. There is a difference between real social activities and my ideal lifestyle. I am trying to find a balance between both sides, but it is not easy. 

I think a lot of people have gone through such a confused period, these pressures and confusion may change our ideas about life and the world.
